Refund Policy
Deposit payment and refund
- All reservations require a deposit to confirm the service. The deposit is non-refundable but transferable to other female customers.
Cancellation Refund

If the customer cancels the service more than 5 days before the scheduled date, part of the paid amount will be refunded (the specific amount depends on the situation).

No refund will be given if the reservation is cancelled within 5 days before the scheduled date.

Refunds in special circumstances

If the service cannot be performed due to force majeure (such as natural disasters or unexpected accidents), we will provide the option of refunding or rescheduling the service time.

If it is due to merchant reasons (such as service cannot be provided), we will refund the full amount.
Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@barbietour.com, quoting the order number and relevant information.
The refund processing time is 5-7 working days, and the refund amount will be returned to the original payment account.
