Refund Policy

Deposit payment and refund

  • All reservations require a deposit to confirm the service. The deposit is non-refundable but transferable to other female customers.

Cancellation Refund

  • If the customer cancels the service more than 5 days before the scheduled date, part of the paid amount will be refunded (the specific amount depends on the situation).

    • No refund will be given if the reservation is cancelled within 5 days before the scheduled date.

Refunds in special circumstances

  • If the service cannot be performed due to force majeure (such as natural disasters or unexpected accidents), we will provide the option of refunding or rescheduling the service time.

  • If it is due to merchant reasons (such as service cannot be provided), we will refund the full amount.

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@barbietour.com, quoting the order number and relevant information.

  • The refund processing time is 5-7 working days, and the refund amount will be returned to the original payment account.
