Cancellation Policy

1. Deposit Payment All photography services require a deposit to confirm the appointment. The deposit is non-refundable after payment, but it can be transferred to other women. 2. Shooting Schedule The client must confirm the shooting time in advance, and the appointment is based on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need to change the time, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy If the client cancels within one week before the scheduled shooting date, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. 4. One free rescheduling is allowed, but it needs to be reconfirmed according to the photographer's schedule. 5. Balance Settlement The remaining shooting fee must be paid directly to the photographer in cash at the end of the shooting. 6. Special Requests If you need to go to a place that requires tickets or other fees for shooting, the client must bear the relevant expenses of the photographer. 7. Kimono Shooting Requirements If the client has special shooting requirements (such as venue selection or kimono matching), please communicate in advance to ensure a smooth service. Disclaimer If the photography service cannot be carried out due to force majeure (such as bad weather or unexpected accidents), another plan will be coordinated and the photographer will not bear any additional responsibility.
